He has a very sophisticated window cleaning system and knows a lot about cleaning hard to clean, older windows like some of ours are. He had me do a complete walk through of the house upon completion to make sure that all was to my satisfaction. He is very personable and easy to have in my home. I contacted A&L on Monday and Ryan was at my house for a quote on Tuesday. I let him know Wednesday morning that we wanted to go ahead and get our gutters cleaned and he came that same day. Ryan was very professional but also very honest. After looking at my gutters he decided to charge me less than my quote and he knew I already had a check written for the original amount discussed. That's something you don't see very often! I will definitely be contacting Ryan in the future.
